KRAV4LIFE Kids Grading

At KRAV4LIFE, our grading days are designed to celebrate each child’s progress, confidence, discipline and personal development in a positive and supportive environment.

Gradings give students the opportunity to demonstrate the techniques, movement, focus and self-defense skills they have been learning during their training journey. Every child progresses at their own pace and our goal is to encourage growth, effort and consistency rather than perfection.

During the grading, students may be assessed on:

• Striking and kicking techniques
• Movement and coordination
• Listening and focus
• Discipline and respect
• Partner drills and self-defense exercises
• Confidence and attitude during training

For our younger students, especially ages 4–7, gradings are kept fun, encouraging and age-appropriate while still helping children learn the value of hard work, perseverance and achievement.

All successful students will receive their new belt or stripe recognition as part of the KRAV4LIFE progression system.

Most importantly, grading day is about helping children feel proud of themselves, build self-belief and continue developing healthy habits, confidence and resilience both on and off the mats.

We are proud of every student who steps forward and gives their best effort. 💚
